After the sucess of the New learning centre in achieving the strategic goals for the College, 3iD were invited by the board to complete a new 30 bed Student accomodation facility.

Drawing on the work on Campus by McGlashan Everest we sought to reinterept a new version of Modernism suitable for the campus and the College culture moving forward.
