Jan Juc Surf Life Saving Club

Overlooking the lucrative Jan Juc Beach, this project is set into the natural landscape of a stunning coastal site. 3iD was approached by the Hutchinsons Builders to assist in the delivery of a complete rebuild in the facility of the the previous structure that the expanding community had outgrown.

The building originally designed by AD Architecture makes a sharp statement in form with modern, resilient materials finished in a muted color scheme. Extensive glazing and spacious surrounding balconys allow dynamic views over the beach to the south and the RACV Golf Course to the north.

The clubrooms have the capacity to host hundereds of patrons for club events or private functions and will no doubt be a bustling hub for the summer months facilitated by the new kitchen and bar servery spaces.
